Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (AITS) is a group of engineering institutions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India, established under the Annamacharya Educational Trust. The trust was founded in 1997 with the aim of providing quality education to students, especially those from rural areas.

Campuses:

1. AITS Rajampet – Established in 1998, this autonomous institution is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Anantapur. It is located near Tallapaka, the birthplace of the renowned saint-poet Sri Annamacharya.
2. AITS Tirupati – Founded in 2007, this campus has gained a reputation for quality education within a decade of its establishment.
3. AITS Hyderabad – Established in 1997, this campus offers various engineering and management programs and is known for its green campus conducive to learning.
